Design Home 2004

Boston Magazine presented its third Design Home project in 2004. This extraordinary, luxurious residence, built by The Hallmark Companies, was opened to the public for the month of May with all proceeds benefitting The Home for Little Wanderers of Boston, MA, a renowned, private, non-profit child and family service agency. Many companies participated with The Hallmark Companies to create this exciting upscale residence, outfitted with home furnishings and modern appliances. Perfection Fence Corp. provided fencing and stairway railings to enclose the elegant private backyard and pool area. It was our distinct honor to participate in this worthy project.

A narrow Essex picket ForeverVinyl™ fence and an oyster-shell driveway enhance the historical feel of this 1860 shingle house. The noteworthy feature is its curved entrance, an old-fashioned element called a “carriage-alight”.
