Orders must be signed and require a minimum 50% deposit, balance due COD upon arrival for install. Installation is available in our current service area. Material only orders must be prepaid in full before shipment. We accept checks and all major credit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and others.

Materials are sold for residential, commercial and industrial projects. The lead time for delivery is determined by the type and style of product ordered. All material only orders are sold FOB Marshfield, MA 02050. Delivery is available within our current service area, shipped by UPS or common carrier, depending on quantity and destination. Materials must be inspected upon delivery. Damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier and written on the bill of lading at the time you sign for your delivery. Inspection and reporting of any problem to the carrier is the customer's responsibility. All materials will be shipped in good condition from us.

Deliveries are driveway only. It is the customer's responsibility to unload the truck. Additional charges to a residential neighborhood will be added to your bill if applicable. Delivery charges are based on weight and destination and are freight collect. The charge for crating of materials is not included and must be paid prior to shipment.

Materials are custom designed, sold and manufactured for your project and are not returnable. All shipping charges for items returned for repair are the customer's responsibility and any return must be approved in advance. No shipping charges are refundable.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or cost of materials in production, whichever is greater.
